Mission Statement

My mission is the help others enjoy a healthy, happy and balanced life in general! As a T2 diabetic myself, my passion is to help other diabetics realize you can still enjoy delicious food, an active life, and be happy while living EVERYDAY with this progressive disease!

Straight off however, this site is not intended to give medical advice or replace the guidance of your physician. A strong, open relationship with your MD is critical to successful, long term management of T2 diabetes!
